It was a really great experience. Quiet hotel, the staff were all amicable and helpful and the location was excellent near train station. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, climate control, an individual safe, and a microwave oven. A tub in the fairly clean bathroom was super awesome. Location: the venue was near supermarket, and nearby Venice.

I really enjoyed the hotel. the room was clean. the staff was awesome. My room had climate control and coffee. the hotel is in a good location close to attractions like Vez. It's on the outskirts of Venice. This hotel met my expectations in every way. Highly recommend it.

Enjoyed the shared lounge, especially when I had to crawl through the common hallway to enter my room. WiFi was useful for hearing my noisy neighbors. Ah, the "typical" Italian breakfast and leftovers in the fridge really added an extra touch. Such a small room with limited space for my clothes, but who needs space anyways?

We had a fantastic stay at a conveniently located B&B, just a short walk from the bus station. the room was spacious and had impeccable facilities, making us feel right at home. the highlight was definitely the luxurious and pristine bathroom. the landlord was incredibly kind and went above and beyond, even preparing a thoughtful breakfast for us before our departure. The welcome kit provided with water, cosmetics, slippers, and even a toothbrush was a thoughtful touch. I also loved that the coffee capsules were restocked daily. The convenience of having a supermarket and a great restaurant nearby was a bonus. Access to the kitchen for a snack was very helpful. The hosts were extremely friendly and flexible, allowing me to check in earlier than expected. They provided helpful information, maps, and recommendations about what to do and see in Venice. The room itself was great, with all the amenities to make you feel at home, including pampered stuff, bath robes, slippers.

Access to the property was a bit of a challenge, with no answer from the outside bell and a delay in getting a response from the owner. there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which would have been a nice addition for convenience.
